About CareAdopt Health
CareAdopt began in 2018 to improve the quality of care for health care facilities across the country. Our goal is to assist each care facility we work with support all parts of the care of their patient population and their community's health and wellness. We look to the satisfaction and success of our clients as they improve the care of their patients, see their care team come together in new and expanded ways, see quality scores improve, and experience success of our clients.
